Dr Haridhan Goswami at the 2nd International Conference on Well-Being in Singapore

Dr Haridhan Goswami, Manchester Metropolitan University, discussed the research and policy need for a comparative longitudinal survey on child well-being in Europe at the 2nd International Conference on Well-Being held in Singapore on 1-2 of November. He emphasised the tripartite focus of the project--securing political support, operational robustness, and scientific excellence- all of which are necessary for the development of a successful research infrastructure. The paper generated huge interest among policy makers, academics, practitioners who attended the conference from over 15 countries.
