The EuroCohort project is happy to say that its International Advisory group has yet another new member: Prof Dr. Sabine Andresen from Goethe University Frankfurt.
Prof. Andresen is a professor of Social Work and Family Research and an expert in research on childhood and youth. One of her main research interest is the well-being of children in international perspective. She is a co-leader of the Children’s Worlds study. Her other areas of interest are threats to childhood caused by poverty and precarious life situations.
Prof. Andresen is a member of several advisory boards such as the International Society for Child Indicators or the German Youth Institute.
The International Advisory Group includes representatives within and beyond the EU from academia, politics, and policy chosen on the basis of complementary expertise to the aims and objectives of ECDP and with a view of maximising impact.
