Its aim was to develop a governance and management structure for the EuroCohort participants with the associated legal framework. Moreover, the task was to define the criteria and the selection process for selecting an organisation as the hub for EuroCohort and to draw up the Terms of Reference for the Expert Working Groups and for the Quality Strategy Committee. The last objective was to draw up a summary of national strategies for longitudinal survey data collection.
